I ran a business for 8 years, and here's what I learned:
1. Open a profitable business, don't open a loss-making one.
2. Make a lot of profit whenever possible.
3. Hire effective and independent employees; don't hire ineffective and dependent ones.
4. If you're the one running the show, delegate.
5. If you're tired, take a break.
6. To earn 12 million a year, earn 1 million a month.
7. If you don't have enough clients, attract more.
Behind every successful woman lies a man on the couch, collecting the energy of the universe and sends it to her, so that she would be successful. And they don't appreciate it.
